By accessing and using Creaton ("the Platform"), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Instructor accounts require admin approval before full access is granted.

3. User Conduct

Users may not: (a) cheat on assessments or use unauthorized tools, (b) share assessment content without permission, (c) impersonate others, (d) upload malicious content, or (e) attempt to compromise platform security.

4. Intellectual Property

Assessment content created by instructors remains their intellectual property. Creaton retains the right to host and display this content as part of the platform service. All platform branding, code, and design elements are property of Creaton.

5. Privacy

Your personal data is handled as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Creaton is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any data loss, system downtime, or assessment inaccuracies. Use the platform at your own discretion.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
